Where: Agricola Lutheran Church - 25 Old York Mills Road

The board invites eligible members (fully paid members of the Club AND members of the International Brotherhood of Magicians) to attend the annual meeting on March 21st from 6:30PM to 7:15PM.
Per our constitution, the business transacted at the annual meeting shall include:

A.        receipt of the agenda;
B.        receipt of the minutes of the previous annual and subsequent special meetings;
C.        consideration of the financial statements;
D.        election of Directors;
E.        appointment of Officers for the coming year;
F.         entertain motions made by members, if any;
G.        discuss future projects, if any;
H.        discuss membership complaints, if any; and
I.          such other or special business as may be set out in the notice of meeting.
 
Nominations for board membership as a Director are open to members.  Please forward your nomination to Ian Crawford at ianmcrawford@icloud.com who is acting as secretary for the Annual General Meeting.  All nominees must be a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians.
